Tomkins looks really solid at right back. Keep him there and look for a young full back in January.

Yeah been disappointing this season. Still think he'd make a great wing back but that ain't happening anytime soon.
Send him back in the summer and look elsewhere

Seriously under threat from Tomkins who just seems a better defender. I wouldn't write him off quite yet, but he'd need to be doing pretty spectacular work going forward to compensate for the extra solidity we seem to have with Tomkins there.
The pairing with Ogbonna also seems to bring out the best in Reid more often than not, so today's back four would be my first choice from here on.
Quite funny considering his Gooners contract.

Shame we can't send him back in January to create funds for a loan striker which we need more than him. At least we can laugh at Arsenal's valuation and tell them to get stuffed.

Thats a good point about Reid and Ogbonna and reminds me that Bilic made a left footed CB his priority - remember him saying that was our primary weakness and disrupts the whole unit

Tomks certainly offers more genuine defence to the side, keep him in

Off him. No club's going to offer anywhere near the money that the greedy fuckers want for him, and they won't play him, so he'd probably get loaned out somewhere else.
His complete loss of form this season only reinforces my opposition to having the number of loaners we've got.

Wouldnt write him off and send him packing just yet, not the first player to have a bleak spell, a stint on the bench may be just the motivation as its not just his West Ham place hes fighting for, sure Wenger wont be too impressed if he cant hold down a first team starting place.
